Part of the Maverick network of management companies, Quest Management is one of the UK’s foremost artist and talent management companies, managing a diverse roster including Paul McCartney, Arcade Fire, David Blaine, Lily Allen  (jointly with Henry Village of Stackhouse Management) Lykke Li, La Roux, Marina and the Diamonds and Mikky Ekko amongst many others.

Founded in the 1990s by Scott Rodger (2014’s UK MMF Manager of the Year), who formerly managed Bjork for eighteen years, Quest recently became part of the Maverick family.  While this relationship has consolidated Quest’s global position, the company maintains a discreet under the radar ‘boutique’ profile focusing on its credible and predominantly alternative roster.

For us, it is all about the artists.  Our raison d’etre is to find creative solutions to the problems our artists may encounter.

We provide bespoke services to each of our artists, with appropriate attention to detail paid to every aspect of our artist’s careers and business.  We endeavour to match these services with the needs of our other partners such as record companies, brands, publishers, agents, and streaming services.

Recent achievements by our artists saw Paul McCartney collaborate with both Rihanna and Kanye West on the record breaking hit single FourFiveSeconds which followed on from the global success of the album “New”.

2013/14 also saw the release of Arcade Fire’s outstanding fourth album Reflektor album which was accompanied by a sold out and critically acclaimed world tour. Also nominated for several awards was the partnership between Lykke Li and Peugeot for the launch of the new Peugeot 108.

2015 has seen the release of the Marina and the Diamonds album Froot, which has similarly been a worldwide smash.

A word about careers from the people that live them

There are several career opportunities within Quest - starting from admin support roles through to senior artist management, working closely with artists to help them develop their careers and realise their full artistic and commercial potential. Our staff work in small teams, which means often the most junior team members are able to gain a broad range of ‘on the job’ experience, allowing quick progression through the ranks.
